Pair of natural pearl and diamond pendent earrings, 1920s

Each set with a natural pearl drop of  greyish brown tint measuring approximately 11.7 x 15.15mm and 10.85 x 17.30mm respectively, suspended from an articulated line of alternating baguette and circular-cut diamonds, post and butterfly fittings, French assay marks.

Stamped with French assay marks for platinum and gold. The drop-shaped drilled pearls measuring approximately 11.70 x 11.75 x 15.15mm and 10.80 x 10.90 x 17.30mm, each estimated to weigh approximately 56 grains; both of greyish brown body colour. Very good skin, good lustre and some green and rosé overtones. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00-2.80 carats, on average H-I colour, SI-I clarity, as gauge and graded in mounting. One small rose diamond deficient visible only under x10 magnification. Post-fittings. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with age. In good condition.
