Comprising: a necklace designed as a torsade of eleven strands of seed pearls, set at the centre with an oval plaque embellished at the centre with a cabochon ruby framed by brilliant-cut diamonds, the clasps similarly set, length approximately 450mm, signed Cartier Paris and numbered, French assay and partial maker's marks; together with two bracelets en suite, length approximately each 200mm, each signed Cartier Paris and numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Necklace signed Cartier Paris and numbered 225706, partial maker's mark on clasp, stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Bracelet with ruby on clasp end signed Cartier Paris and numbered 225 666, French assay and maker's marks. Bracelet with diamond hook clasp signed Cartier Paris and numbered 221 305, French assay and maker's marks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 10.00-14.00 carats, estimated G-I colour, VS clarity. Seed pearls of cream body colour with light rosé and green overtones, with few minor blemishes. All clasps secure with side safety catch on necklace. Normal signs of wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In very good condition.
