The cabochon sapphire within a mount of flame design, decorated with mixed-cut rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, unsigend, maker's marks, size 52.

This ring is attributed to Sterlé, unsigned with maker's mark for Sterlé & Cie, Paris. Stamped 585 and with French assay mark for gold, maker's mark for Sterlé & Cie, Paris. Cabochon sapphire measuring approximately 18.44 x 14.40 x 12.50 mm, estimated to weigh approximately 33.00-35.00 carats, few typical crystal inclusions, very good transparency. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.40-2.80 carats, bright and lively. Rubies with few typical crystal inclusions, well matched in colour. Signs of normal wear to the metal, consistent with use. In good condition.
