- diamond, enamel and platinum
The rectangular dial applied with Arabic numerals accented with single-cut diamonds and black enamel detail, set between geometric baguette diamond shoulders, to a later bracelet strap, dial signed Cartier, French assay and partial maker's marks on lugs, engraved Made in France and indistinctly numbered.
Condition
Partial French assay mark to the reverse of case. Case indistinctly numbered (4)811 and marked "Made in France". Some small losses to the enamel detail on the shoulders. Dial signed Cartier. Movement signed "European Clock and watch Co Inc Swiss 8ADJ" inside of case numbered 18911 5782 and numbered to exterior of case under winder 5782. Mechanical movement in running condition at time of cataloguing, please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee future working condition of watches. Diamonds bright and lively. Normal signs of wear to the metal, abrasions and scratches consistent with use and age. In good condition.
