Gem set and diamond bangle and ring, Cannilla, Masenza

The hinged bangle designed as two lady's heads set with carved emeralds, circular-cut sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 145mm; the ring similarly set, size 50, both signed Cannilla, Masenza, Roma.

The bracelet and ring signed Cannilla Masenza Roma, stamped PT900 for platinum and OR 750 for 18 carat gold, with Italian maker's mark for Rome on the bracelet. Carved emeralds and circular-cut sapphires with typical crystal inclusions visible under close inspection, few chips, nicks and scratches to the surface. Hinged bracelet bangle locks in place with pin. Ring shows signs of alteration on back side of ring mounting with some sharp edges which could benefit from professional polishing. Normal signs of wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
