bidding is closed

Description

  • JAR
  • gold, platinum, silver, sapphire, diamond

Condition

In very good condition. One sapphire is medium violetish blue, the other is medium bluish violet; the second stone is noticeably more violet than the other when placed side by side. Very slightly included with minute cavities along the bases; silk and fingerprints seen under magnfication. The sapphires are the type of material traditionally reserved for faceting. The pavé-set diamonds range from approximately near colorless to dark gray, approximately I clarity. The single-cut diamonds set along the perimeters are approximately G-H color, VS clarity. The clip backings are angled, allowing the earrings to rest snugly against the face. Highly three-dimensional; depth at greatest point approximately 3/4 inches.
