Natural pearl and diamond dress clip, 1930s

The shield-shaped clip set with an oval natural pearl of white tint and a drop-shaped natural pearl of grey tint, the surrounds set with circular-cut and baguette diamonds, later pin fitting.

One pearl has a slightly cream bodycolour, estimated to measure approximately 8.0-8.3 x 9.5mm. The other has a greyish brown bodycolour with light aubergine overtones, estimated to measure approximately 7.0-7.1 x 9.4mm. Both with typical minor blemishes but overall smooth skin. Scratches to mount consistent with use, in good condition.
