Ruby and diamond necklace, Bulgari, 1963

Of fringe design, set with oval and cushion-shaped rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 390mm, signed Bulgari, case, Bulgari.

Rubies well matched, of rich red colour with even colour distribution, stated to measure from approximately 6.55 x 4.75 x 3.80 to approximately 9.00 7.80 x 4.60 carats, estimated to weigh approximately between 0.90 and 2.45 carats, total ruby weight stated to be 62.57 carats, with typical crystal inclusions, few surface reaching, few nicks, scratches and abrasions. For further information on the rubies, please refer to the Gübelin reports. Diamonds stated to weigh a total of 51.76 carats, G-H colour, VS-SI clarity, as graded in mounting. Clasp secure, safety catch below. Little to normal signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition.
