Gold and cameo demi parure and Résille de cheveux, Early 19th Century

Comprising: a necklace composed of three shell cameos depicting the profiles of Classical figures, on fine chain linking, length approximately 400mm; a pair of pendent earrings, later post fittings; and a résille de cheveux of matching design, inner circumference approximately 500mm, the front section detachable, part illustrated.

Shell cameos mounted in simple gold frames. Shells with some nicks, abrasions, few with hairlines, one with a larger piece missing to the bottom. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
