Touchant recueil réunissant une "carte de visite", rapport d'une visite du grand réformateur de la Trappe, ici à l'abbaye des moniales de Notre Dame des Clairets (Perche), et une des célèbres "instructions" de Rancé sur la mort d'un ses propres moines, ici Dom Muce, une des plus spectaculaires conversions dans l'histoire de l'abbaye.
