- marked on base with maker mark W.S., town mark ?a crowned mace and ?crossed spears, also stamped with circa 1900 French control mark, the latter repeated on the spice drawer

condition good, minor repairs to bottom of spice drawer, little lead solder at center, could be cleaned up
