arched rectangular form, the center chased with a menorah above the Tablets and an aperture for portion plaques, on a pricked scalework background, enclosed by a pair of columns, topped by lions rampant, holding a coronet, the top of the arch chased with flowers, the base with inscription

lacks bell, presumably had pendant shields, otherwise good, crisp chasing, well modeled lions
