Each pill box of circular form, decorated with foliate and Greek key garlands, respectively accented at the centre with a radiating motif, dating from 1798, indistinct French assay and maker's marks for Henri Neisser, the initials G and B, French assay and maker's marks for GĂ©rard Lugol, early 19th century, and a profil of Ceres to the left, 19th century, the powder case opening to reveal a mirror, indistinct French assay and maker's marks, early 19th century, originally a pill box.

Condition

This lot is offered without a reserve. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches and tarnish consistent with age and use, the box dating from 1798 with a cut to one side. In overall good condition. Total approximate weight 200 grams.
