The white nephrite pendant of annular form embellished with carved details and cushion-shaped diamonds set bail, unmarked, nephrite sticks a later replacement, the brooch centring on a step-cut citrine flanked with baguette and pear-shaped rock crystal, unmarked.

Condition

This lot is offered without a reserve. Potential bidders who intend to export this lot are advised that permits may be required for import in certain countries. If you are interested in this lot, please contact the Jewellery Department before bidding. Brooch: The central citrine measuring approximately 13.9 x 13.75 x 8.7 mm, calculated to weight approximately 10.13 carats. The side pear-shaped rock crystals measuring respectively approximately 16.1 x 12.3 x 5.5 mm and 16.4 x 12.8 x 5.5 mm. Stones with few crystal inclusions, scratches and abrasions. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Pendant: Accompanied by Gem Tech Lab report no. 12-B-2277, stating that the nephrite jade is of natural origin, with no indication of treatment. Please note that two nephrite sticks holding the centre piece in the pendant are a later replacement. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.00 carats each, of yellowish tint, SI-I clarity, abrasions along the girdles. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
