Description
- sapphire,diamond,platinum
Centring on a sugar loaf cabochon sapphire weighing 11.26 carats, flanked by tapered baguette diamonds, mounted in platinum. Ring size: 5¾
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to both the Gübelin and AGL reports, the sapphire is natural, of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating. The AGL letter also states that this sapphire possesses the "quintessential, velvety blue color", a richly saturated "cornflower blue" colour. Please refer to the reports and letter for details. In our opinion, this sapphire is of medium, intense velvety blue colour, very clean to naked eyes. Upon 10x loupe, there are only two tiny fingerprint, not ntoiceable even under loupe check. Diamonds together weighing approximately 0.65 carat, are about F to G colours, VS clarity.
Condition: Platinum ring mount, in very good condition.
