Condition
Oil on unlined canvas. The canvas appears to have been re-stretched recently, as there are new nails and old nail holes along the tacking edge. The picture surface is in generally good condition with bright, fresh colors. Under UV light: some of the pigments fluoresce, including a blue along the lower edge and in the hedgerow at center.
