Condition
The canvas is unlined and somewhat slack in the stretcher with some minor pulling and bumping at the corners. There is a fine web of craquelure across the entire canvas. Under UV light: there are small scattered areas of inpainting across the entire canvas including the sheep at center and near the extreme lower edge at center, approximately 15 inches from the left edge, and approximately 30 inches from the right edge with an associated 1/2 inch loss. There are also inpaints scattered throughout the sky, especially near to the tops of the tents and horizon line.
