Condition

Executed on cream japan paper, not laid down, attached to the mount at the upper two corners and floating in the overmount. All four edges are very slightly unevenly cut. There are some very minor creases in places and paper skinning to some of the blue pigments, which is related to the artist's working methods. Otherwise, this work is in overall very good condition. Colours: Overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though slightly less saturated overall and blues are brighter in the original.
