• cal. 727 manual winding movement, 17 jewels • silvered dial, applied baton and luminescent dot indexes, black engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour registers • screw-down crown and case back, bezel calibrated for tachometer scale • case and movement signed by maker, dial signed by maker and retailer
Condition
The movement is running and the chronograph is functioning properly and the date of Rolex service is 10/6/2011. It may require service soon. The numbers between the lugs are 6239 and 1419224 and the inside of the case back is stamped 6239. The dial is most likely a replacement from one of the Rolex service visits, as it features the word 'Oyster' which would not normally be visible on a Ref. 6239. There is some loss to the tachometer tracking on the bezel. The case and bracelet show surface scuffs throughout.
