Movement can be wound up but need adjustment for the functioning of the automaton. Overall a service is highly recommended in order to have the singing bird operational. Case with a small dent to the back panel otherwise in overall good condition. Enamel panels in well preserved condition and with bright colours. Overall this is a very rare and collectible piece. With winding key hidden in the hinged back panel.
