• nickel damascened lever movement, cut bi-metallic balance, two hammers striking on gongs, gold cuvette signed Courvoisier Frères, Chaux de Fonds • white enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer track for the minute indication, subsidiary seconds • gold case, the front with a royal blue translucent enamel panel set with a geometrical pattern of diamonds in the centre, surrounded by gold engraved arabesques, the back also with a royal blue translucent enamel panel, diamond-set floral motif, surrounded by gold engraved arabesques, sliding device to the band for minute repeating mechanism • signed on the cuvette
Condition
Movement running while cataloguing, all function apper fully operational, a service is also recommended in the future in order to be well preserved. Dial with few minimal signs of wear, in a well preserved condition. Case with some signs of restoration to the edge, scuffed to the surface on both sides. Overall this is a rare example of a decorative watch of small size with minute repeating mechanism.
