Condition
Movement running at the time of cataloguing however it may require a service in the near future to be well preserved. Lacquered dial slightly cracked to the surface. Bezel with a small dent at 9. Case with some light scuffs to the band and to the bracelet. Overall in good condition.

Catalogue Note
Reference 5512 was launched in 1959 with a new design featuring protective crown guards. The early models, such as the present, are very rare to find because of the few examples made at that time. They were produced with square ended crown guards and fitted with a gloss black dial.
