Velvet worn, torn, and stained in some places. Dents and abrasions throughout metalwork. Some small losses in openwork areas and minor casting flaws. Two of the scallop shells on lid with cracks. Worm holes, warping, and abrasions to carcass. Some elements replaced One bracked on underside lacking. Some pins/fasteners lacking. With key.
