The necklace composed of numerous freshwater pearls, spaced by seven pieces of tumbled pink coral, set with numerous round diamonds weighing approximately 8.40 carats, the rondelles applied with green enamel, length 76 inches, signed Webb; the earclips centered by two coral cabochons, framed by numerous round diamonds weighing approximately 2.40 carats, mounted in 18 karat gold and platinum, signed Webb; the pendant-brooch centered by a carved coral cameo, framed by round diamonds weighing approximately 1.05 carats, signed Webb.

Condition

All pieces in good condition overall. Pearls in the necklace have a silvery white body color, with pink overtones. Good to medium luster, with some ringing throughout. Pearls range from round to slightly baroque, with most examples being of an ovoid shape. Please note the pearls have not been tested for natural origin. The coral is a soft light orangy red color, with some mottling and minor pitting. Diamonds approximately G-H color, VS clarity. Minor enamel loss on the spacers. Coral in the earclips is of similar caliber to that of the necklace, with some moderate pitting on the reverse. Diamonds approximately G-H color, VVS-VS clarity. Coral in cameo is slightly lighter in tone, with few visible blemishes. In medium relief and well carved; with a retractable pendant bail. Diamonds approximately H-I color, VVS-VS clarity. Accompanied by three Certificates of Authenticity from David Webb.
