The brooch set with round diamonds in a floral motif weighing approximately 3.10 carats, framed by calibré-cut sapphires, circa 1930; the ring centered by an emerald-cut sapphire, flanked by two triangular-cut diamonds, framed by numerous round diamonds and calibré-cut sapphires, the under gallery of Greek key design, circa 1925, size 4¾.
Condition
Both pieces in good condition. The BROOCH with diamonds of approximately F-H color, VS-SI clarity. The sapphires range from a medium light blue to a medium slightly violetish blue, and are lightly included with very little noticeable wear. Fine millegrain metalwork throughout the piece. The sapphires in the RING are medium dark violetish blue and are lightly to moderately included. The center sapphire with moderate abrasions to the facet junctions. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI clarity and weigh approximately .70 carat. The shank of the ring is out of round.
