The necklace of graduated design composed of white, yellow and pink gold links, set at the front and back with sculptural plaques set with oval cabochon rubies measuring approximately 8.3 by 6.6 mm. and 5.5 by 4.9 mm., and round diamonds weighing approximately 11.60 carats, length 13½ inches; the earclips of similar style set with pear-shaped cabochon rubies measuring approximately 6.2 by 4.2 mm., and round diamonds weighing approximately 6.30 carats.
Condition
In overall good condition. The rubies are a pleasing medium-dark slightly purplish red, moderately included, all inclusions internal and not visible when worn. The diamonds are all approximately G to H color, VS clarity. The necklace is set with 2 rubies and 226 round diamonds and the earclips are set with 4 rubies and 252 round diamonds. Minor tarnish spots on the reverse of the necklace.
