Condition
Pile generally good, near original 1/8" overall with dark browns oxidized to knotheads. Showing spot foundation in center of carpet.
Some vertical foldwear areas along ends showing spot foundation.
Original two cord wool selvages intact with minor fraying.
Original upper macrame end finish.
Lower end with macrame finish and a 2" area of loss to lower end guard stripe, recommend securing.
Scattered spot stains, will enhance with cleaning.
Flexible handle, lustrous wool. Good, saturated colors, with some bright orange knots that are most likely a chemical dye.
