Condition

Not exemined under upholstery but probably adapted from chairs. With scattered age and construction cracks throughout to all. Most with scattered restored breaks, mostly to stretchers, some now undone and loose. Scattered small losses and abrasions to carving at extremities. Scattered losses to gesso throughout. Old worm damage to all, resulting in loss to wood in few. Most with some recarved or regessoed areas; some to stretchers but most to feet - probably to restore loss to wood due to worm damage. Legs blocked. All regilt, gilding now with losses, rubbing and surface dirt. In sound condition.
