Case with light scuffs from wear. Cuvette engraved Nº6809, echappement a ancre ligne droite 5 levees & 10 trous en rubis, balancier compense, spiral Breguet The third: the movement is running at the time of cataloguing, however it might benefit from a service soon. Dial with hair crack between 1 and 2 o'clock. Case with light scuffs and slightly tarnished.
