- 19cm. 7½in. wide
silvered 4-inch dial with subsidiary up/down and seconds dials and signed Thomas Mercer Ltd, St Albans, England, 19986, fusee and chain movement with maintaining power, Earshaw's spring detent escapement with compensation balance and helical spring, spotted plates, the similarly numbered brass bowl gimballed in a two tier box with glazed lid and numbered plaque
Condition
Dial with a few minor marks to the silvering. Movement is complete and running at time of cataloguing but would benefit from a clean. Brass bowl with some marks and scratches. Case in good condition with a few minor marks. With a tipsy winder.
