Description

  • silver, gold and diamonds
Set to the front with a graduated series of cushion-shaped and circular-cut diamonds mounted in pinched collets, to a trace link chain back and similarly set diamond clasp, length approximately 390mm.

Condition

Mounted in silver and gold. The diamonds would have been part of a 19th century diamond rivière which has been later adapted. Drop to centre with later alteration. Later trace link back chain. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 17.00 - 20.00 carats, of mixed colours and clarities (K-M+, SI to I). Principal cushion-shaped diamond calculated to weigh approximately 2.14 carats, estimated colour L/M, estimated clarity SI, nicks and abrasions to facet junctions and girdle. Mount to clasp numbered 1339. Scratches to mounts consistent with wear. In good condition.
