Centring on a Roman empire, Lucio Vero, 161-169 AD Sesterzio coin to a graduated flattened curb link chain, length approximately 385mm, signed Bulgari Roma-Italy.
Condition
Signed Bulgari Roma-Italia. Stamped 18K for 18 carat gold. Weighing approximately 251.7 grams. Scratches to mount consistent with wear. Secure clasp with safety catch. In good condition.
