The D-shaped top inlaid with a fan to the back above a conforming fluted frieze fitted with a central drawer raised on square tapering legs headed by oval patera and ending in spade feet.

Condition
Overall good restored condition; now with a glossy surface; the top with very minor rippling; the marquetry starburst with some slight lifting to veneers; some tearing and lifting to crossbanded veneer to edge of top above central right leg; the drawer linings and bottom appear to be replaced; however, the drawer does not appear to be later cut in; overall with some minor scratches and scuffs; very thin horizontal age cracks to frieze.
