the serpentine-fronted cross-banded top above a conforming case fitted with three graduated long drawers, the uppermost fitted with a baize-lined brushing slide and formerly compartmentalized, the whole on splayed feet.

Condition

Overall fair condition; nice color; lovely figuring to veneers; the top with minor warpage and with some hairline age cracks and light stains; some small losses to stringing at edge; the handles replaced; the top drawer formerly fitted with compartments; the drawer divider between top and middle drawer with large loss to veneer approximately ten inches in length as viewable in catalogue illustration; the right edges of the drawer dividers with two triangular chips; front feet with triangular veneer patches.
