With scattered areas of rubbing and some oxidation. Bobeches replaced. In good condition.

Nicolas Pineau (1684-1754) was an influential ornemantist and he incorporated this feature of a dragon in this Nouveaux Desseins des Pieds des  Tables, published by Mariette in 1734.
