The circular top tilting above a plain conforming frieze raised on a cylindrical stem with gadrooned collar raised on a tripartite base ending in scrolled feet on casters.

Condition

Overall good restored condition; now with a slightly glossy surface; the color to the mahogany slightly faded and nice; lovely flame figuring to veneers especially to bookmatch veneered; the top with usual scuffs, bruises, and scratches; the frieze lacking bottom moulded edge; the base in good condition with minor areas of worm to support structure beneath top and to underside of base; minor stress tears to veneer of tripartite base and with some areas of restoration; the feet with typical bruises, scuffs, nicks and wear consistent with age and use.
