The reverse with a paper label inscribed MARIE LADY LEIGH. Over-gilt.
Condition
Overall good condition; over-gilt; appearing to retain original gesso and probably much of the original gilding; the mirror plate with a nice soft bevel and appears to have age though possibly re-silvered; some restorations to the gesso in places especially to the apron; some old repaired breaks to cresting; minor chips and losses to gilding and gesso at extremities.
