Description

the deep sides rising from a short foot to a flared rim, brightly enamelled with a riverside landscape depicting figures within tiered pavilions amongst jagged mountains and shrubs, the foot with a keyfret band, the cover with matching decoration and accompanied by an inscription dated to jiaxu year (corresponding to 1754) and two seals, inscribed to the base with a six-character Qianlong seal mark in blue

Condition

This enamel bowl and cover is in reasonable condition, but does have some cracking to the enamel in several places to the interior. There is also some stress cracks to the interior of the cover.
