naturalistically carved and hollowed in the form of a veined lotus leaf with curling edges and tied with a ribbon in the middle, borne on gnarled stems issuing a lotus pod and a flower up the side, the reticulated base with three fish leaping from waves, the stone of a pale greyish celadon tone

Condition

This vase has several small chips to the rim and a number of flaws running through the stone.
