- painted glass, tourmaline
with flat lip and recessed, slightly convex foot surrounded by a protruding oval footrim, painted on one main side with a flower seller, his two baskets of flowers suspended from a shoulder pole, the reverse with a long inscription, signed 'Ma Shaoxuan', with one seal of the artist 'Shaoxuan' in negative seal script, tourmaline stopper and vinyl collar
Condition
There are five small chips to the exterior rim and two to the interior rim of the bottle. There is also a shallow 3mm by 2mm chip at the foot.
