TWO PALE GREEN AND RUSSET JADE SNUFF BOTTLES QING DYNASTY, 18TH/19TH CENTURY

both well hollowed, the first deftly worked in the form of a fruit, the sides carved in low relief with blossoming pomegranate and peach sprigs with two bats with wings outstretched, the stone of a pale green tone with extensive russet skin; the second of pebble form deftly carved in low relief with a pair of chilong writhing amidst clouds, of a pale green tone with russet inclusions, coral stoppers.

Both of these bottles are in good condtion, but both have minor chips to the rim and some flaws running through the stone.
