Acquired in China circa 1860.
Rockingham Castle, Leicestershire.

Condition

This robe is in reasonably good, but there is some fading to the areas where the sleeves meet the upper part of the robe to the front and back. There is damage to the lowest button fastener and there is some fading and fraying to the interior blue lining. There are some horizontal creases through the centre of the robe.
