- cloisonne enamel; bronze mounts
each double-vase cleverly constructed as two ovoid vases rising from a spreading foot to a tapering columnar neck, decorated with floral medallions reserved on a T-diaper ground between lappet bands, the neck with scrolling lotuses between ruyi heads, the foot skirted with a lozenge border, mounted as a candelabra
Condition
These conjoined vases are generally in good condition but there is an area (2.3cm by 1.5cm) of restoration to the base of the white vase to one. There is some small areas of enamel loss to the join of the vases to one and there is burst air bubbles to the enamels of both.
