Description

the pear-shaped body rising from a short foot to a tapering cylindrical neck, the exterior applied with a raspberry-red glaze, the base glazed white and inscribed with a six-character Yongzheng mark within a double-circle

Condition

The neck of the vase has been cut down. There is a subtle crackle in the glaze, including two running from the top to the bottom of the vase. The foot has a 1.5 x 0.5cm repaired chip with an associated area of loss measuring 0.3 x 0.2cm.
