with rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flared rim, applied overall with a red glaze leaving the rim and base white, seal mark in underglaze blue

Sotheby’s Hong Kong, 16th November 1988, lot 341 (part).
Condition
The interior of the dish with a short glaze tear on the cavetto and a few scattered glazed over adhesions. The rim with a burst iron bubble, some glaze uneveness and slightly warped. The base with a firing crack and some scattered glazed-over adhesions.
