- Height: 5 1/4 inches
of square section with tapering sides set on a tapered foot, the body decorated with a stylized C-scroll band in the center on a freely carved C-spiral ground, all between a key-fret band at the rim and base, set with a rectangular handle to one side, the cover with a russet-yellow jade ball-shaped knop, the interior bearing a four-character inscription, Ji bai bao zun (Precious vessel of Ji Bai), the stone of brownish-green color with gray inclusions, wood stand (3)
Condition
There is a small chip to the cover. The knop has been restuck. The cup has minor nicks to the rim edge and foot rim.
