the whiskered fishes portrayed nose to tail, resting on a bed of curling lingzhi sprigs, the polished translucent stone with some opaque white inclusions

Acquired in New York in the 1930s and thence by descent.

Condition

There is a chip to one lingzhi head. The stone has some opaque inclusions and natural fissures.
