the rectangular top with an inset free-floating panel within a mitered frame with beaded lower edge above a narrow waist and beaded edge apron continuing to beaded-edge square-section legs ending in hoof feet, joined by high arched stretchers, the wood of rich honey-brown color

Condition
The underside with recently applied black lacquer. The frame members cut down to tighten on the center board. Numerous areas of plastic wood fill, especially around the joints and there is a small patch repair immediately above one hoof foot. Standard wear on feet.
