- rhinoceros horn
carved in the form of a lotus leaf, the exterior with stalks of calamus, lotus and other aquatic plants, the stems bent upwards to form the handle, all supported on a base of swirling waves, the horn a reddish-brown color

Condition
There is a small split and numerous small chips to the rim edge. There is scattered pitting to the interior. The handle has two small cracks and chips. There are sections missing to the flowers and leaves.
