cast seated in dhyanasana, the hands in dhyana mudra dressed in finely cast, loose, flowing robes open at the chest revealing an elaborate beaded necklace, the cuffs and borders of the robes incised with floral scroll,  the hair in knotted plaits and with elongated earlobes suspending ornate earrings, the tiered crown inset with Amitabha Buddha

Three tips of the crown are missing as is the upper section of the clasp that secures the diadem. Two fingertips of the figure's left hand are broken off. There is a 3/4 in. (2 cm) nick to the back near the tresses. There are scattered nicks and dents to the base and the expected wear to the surface.
